Visitors can browse public catalog products without signing in. Approved customers can also use the picking sheet to choose products, colours and quantities for confirmation by Rockcity.
For larger projects, new walls, reset plans, or mixed orders across VTF-ABS macros, plywood volumes, wall paint and related systems, the sales team can help choose product families and quantities.
Out-of-stock or project-specific items can be discussed as factory-direct orders. Lead time and final confirmation depend on production capacity and the order contents.
Standard stocked items ship within a few working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and factory-direct items require production scheduling — typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from confirmed order, though this varies with current capacity and order size. For time-sensitive projects such as competition events or new wall openings, raise the deadline early so production planning can account for it.
Approved trade accounts can use bank transfer and business invoice workflows. Credit card payment is also available through the portal checkout. Payment terms are agreed per account at the point of approval — contact the sales team if you need to discuss terms before placing a larger order.
Orders submitted through the B2B portal are provisional until Rockcity confirms availability, production requirements and pricing. You will receive a confirmation from the sales team before the order is treated as final. This step exists because product availability, colour stock and production capacity can vary — especially for larger orders. Most confirmations are returned within one working day.
Rockcity supplies commercial gyms, distributors and wall projects internationally. If your territory has a listed distributor, they will typically be the best route for smaller orders and ongoing supply. For direct international orders, project supply or territories without a distributor, contact the sales team with your location, order type and approximate quantities.
Shipping costs are calculated from total order weight and delivery region and are confirmed before dispatch. Rockcity ships to UK, European and international destinations. For very large or volumetric orders — such as full volume sets or macro crates — freight arrangements may be discussed separately to get the best route and rate.
